Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Custom-cut or programmed keys may require additional handling time (we’ll confirm this with you before dispatch).

Standard Delivery (2–5 business days) – Reliable, tracked service.
Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – For urgent orders.
Local Collection – Pick up your order directly from our store/workshop (by appointment).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
