✅ Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

🔑 Exclusions

• Cut or programmed keys cannot be returned, as they are customized for your vehicle.

• Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

🔄 Exchanges

• Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no extra cost. Please contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item.
